GENERAL INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is $30.00
plus $5.00 for each additional child per family
TUITION:
30 min. class per week = $30.00 per month
45 min. class per week = $40.00 per month
1 hour class per week = $42.00 per month
1 hour & 15 min. class per week = $52.00 per month
Jazz/Tap or Ballet/Tap Combo
Extra classes are $5.00 off original fee
Once you reach $150.00 per student, all additional classes are free. Tuition is due the last or the first week of each month. Envelopes will be passed out the third week of the month for tuition due the following two weeks. If you are absent when due, please send payment to:

IF TUITION IS NOT PAID BY THE 5TH OF THE MONTH A $5.00 LATE FEE WILL BE DUE. IF NOT PAID BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH THERE WILL BE A $10.00 LATE FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOUR TUITION IS NOT PAID BY THE 1ST OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH, YOUR DANCER WILL NOT BE DANCING. Tuition is paid regardless of how many weeks are in the month, or how many weeks you attend. Please remember this should be a year-long commitment.
COSTUMES:
For the June show, Child costumes are approximately $45.00. Adult costumes are approximately $55.00. Costume deposits will be divided into 4 months, October, November, and December with the balance due in January. Costumes are non-refundable after December 19th.
Costumes for the Christmas show are not ordered. We will use street clothes and dancewear that can be worn again. Students taking Pointe should expect to purchase at least two pairs of Pointe shoes per year.
DANCE FACTORY RULES
PARENTS - PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN THE WAIVER FORM.
A newsletter is sent home monthly with your payment envelope. Be sure to get this if your child is absent.
Please have your child at the studio at least five minutes before his/her class time. Tardiness is not good for your child as they will miss warm-up material.
Please pick up your child in a timely manner after his/her class. We can not take responsibility for children left after their class time. Our next class is in progress and our attention is on that class.
Children should not be outside the studio unless accompanied by a parent.
Parent of students age 3 to 6 may observe classes. Parents of all other students may observe the last week of each month. Please do not enter your child's classroom if a class is in progress.
STUDENTS
All hair should be pulled off your face. Ponytails are fine for Tap and Jazz. Hair in a bun for Ballet.
DANCEWEAR IS A MUST - NO STREET CLOTHES.
For Ballet: Leotards, tights, and Ballet shoes. Colors are optional, as are Ballet skirts.
For Tap and Jazz: Leotards, tights, and the appropriate dance shoes. Bike shorts, leg warmers, and Jazz pants are acceptable.
For Hip Hop: Sweatpants, long or capri, with any tank shirt and tennis shoes.
NO BOXERS OR LONG PANTS THAT DRAG ON THE FLOOR.
NO FOOD OR SODAS ALLOWED. Water Bottles are allowed and will be available at the studio to purchase.
